Minimum Rental is 4 Nights

Please note: Monthly or extended stays may be reviewed upon request, adjustments may be made & a charge of electrical bill may be applied. This can be negotiated at time of request.

50% Deposit Is Required and 50% Balance Due 60 Days after Booking Reservation

Cancellation must be done within 60 Days of Date Booked for any refund

Local English speaking Manager will meet you at our complex to brief you.

Week = Saturday - Friday 7 nights

Cleaning: Condo will be clean upon arrival. Rental clients are responsible for cleaning during their stay if they wish and must be cleaned when checking out. Can be arranged by manager for an additional cost of $30.00 - $40.00
